Interior
When you hire a real professional, all have to do is relax.
Pre Prep
Your furniture, wall hangings and accessories are placed in the center of 
the room for you, and wrapped with plastic sheeting. Switch and plug plate
covers are removed unless they are to be painted the same color as the
walls. Floors are covered with drop cloths.
Prepare Surfaces
All surfaces are sanded to remove bumps. Based on your requirements, any
cracks, holes, nail pops and other imperfections are repaired. We use Kilz®
brand primer before painting to cover repairs, discoloration and stains.
Apply Paint
Premium quality Sherwin-Williams® brand paint (or the paint brand of your
choosing) is applied smoothly, consistently and without impurities. Doors
and wood trim are painted with oil-based paint whenever possible due to it's
superior hardness, smoothness, durability and washability.
Clean Up
Furniture and décor are unwrapped and replaced. If you would like them
relocated, we'll do that for you. Switch and plug plates are replaced.
Carpets and floors are vacuumed or swept, and all of our materials,
including toxic paint, paint chips and dust waste, are removed and disposed
of properly. Left-over paint is labeled with the room and area in which it
was used, and stored in the location of your choosing.
Inspect
Before presenting your final bill, we will inspect the work with you,
identify any points of concern, and rework any errors to your complete
satisfaction.
